” released in 1976 starring the one & only one Arnold #.Well it was actually a documentary with a pinch of drama on body building(which is a perfect treat to me).I am a fitness freak since my school time. Had done few (phew) push ups to get into shape. The movie was about big guys vying for Mister Olympia Competition. I got charged up watching the trainings and work out.Not to mention Arnold was terrific I mean come on Mister Olympia for 7 years in a row. Schwarzenegger began weight-training at fifteen. He was awarded the title of Mr. Universe at age 22 and went on to win the Mr. Olympia contest a total of seven times. Schwarzenegger has remained a prominent face in the bodybuilding sport long after his retirement, and has written several books and numerous articles on the sport. This shows the perfect dedication of man for passion. And when you mix passion with dedication no one, seriously no one can stop you.
